Zucchini Blender Bread

ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 2 c. zucchini slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c.oil
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

directions

    Mix dry ingredients. Set aside.

  • 2

    In a blender, liquefy the rest of the ingredients and add to the dry ingredients.

  • 3

    Put into two loaf pans and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
