White Caramel Hot Chocolate
Hot cocoa
ingredients
- 2 ounces (/2 c) ground or grated white chocolate
- 1 c milk (for best results use 2% or higher)
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
- whipped cream for garnish
- Caramel sauce for garnish
directions
In a saucepan, combine white chocolate, mile and caramel syrup, and bring to a boil, atirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Garnish with whippedcream and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve immediatley.
