Nut Cups
Made at Christmas, these are very good.
Verrrrrry good.
ingredients
- Cups:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sifted flour
- Filling:
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. melted butter
- 1.tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
directions

Cut butter and cream cheese into flour like pie dough (food processor works great). Chill for approx. 1 hr.

Roll into 24 small balls and shape into miniature cup cake pans.

Mix the filling ingredients together and fill pasty cups. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then 250° for 10 minutes.
