Tuscan Beans
Tastes great with pork chops!
ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 oz pancetta, cut into strips
- 2 15-oz cans cannellini or Great Northern beans, drained but not rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste

Cook the pancetta in a skillet until crisp, about 3 minutes.

Add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the beans and sage; cook, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are blended, about 10 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper.
