Fruit and Cream Layer Salad
ingredients
- 1 - 3oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 - 8 oz. raspberry yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 cups whipped topping thawed
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- Fruit options
- raspberries
- grapes
- blueberries
- peaches
- strawberries
- mandarin oranges
- Total - 4 cups of fruit

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add cool whip and almond.

Layer 2 cups of fruit at bottom, then layer 1/2 of the cool whip mixture, layer 2 cups of fruit then the rest of the cool whip mixture. Top with 2 tablespoons of toasted almonds.
