Ranch New Potatoes
ingredients
- 20 B size new potatoes (about a 3 lb bag)
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup or about 6 oz. bacon bits
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Steam potatoes with skins - on stove for 30 mins. or until tender. Let cool and then quarter.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together and combine with cooked potatoes.

Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish

Add topping and bake @ 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes uncovered.
