Jeweled Cheese Ball

ingredients
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C pitted chopped dates
- 1/2 C softened butter
- 1 Tbsp brandy
- 1/2 C sliced toasted almonds
directions
Mix all ingredients except almonds. Beat at med speed til well blended. Shape into large ball and roll in almonds.
