ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh basil destemmed
  • 2 oz. fresh chopped garlic
  • 2 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz. roasted pine nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

directions

In a food processor chop the basil then add the garlic. Next add the Parmesan cheese. Once that is mixed in, add the pine nuts. While this is blending, in a steady stream, pour in the olive oil to desired consistency. Add the lemon juice, then add the salt ad pepper to taste.
