Guacamole
ingredients
- 5 ripe avocados
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 medium jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- Tortilla chips

Cut avocados in half. Scoop pulp into a bowl and mash with a fork until slightly chunky. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to touch mixture, and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips.
