Chicken Cordon Bleu
ingredients
- 4 pices chicken (breasts or thighs are best)
- 4 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- flour, salt, pepper and oil
directions
Bone and skin chiccken. Pound wiht mallet until thin. Place 1 slice each cheese and ham on half of each chicken piece. fold over and secure with toothpick, concealing cheese and ham. Coat with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, and pan fry in hot oil 20 minutes, turning as necessary. Drain on paper towel.
