ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 C. onion, chopped
  • 1/3 C. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 T. parmesean cheese
  • 1 t. minced garlic
  • 1/2 t. oregano
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper

directions

Combine all ingredients and form into 2 inch balls. Place in lightly greased baking pa. Bake at 400 for 0 minutes or until lightly brown. Drain off fat.
