Pio's Pepper Steak
My grandfather, who was a chef, made this dish for us, often on Fridays.
ingredients
- 1 pound steak (flank), sliced into strips.
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- White wine
- Sugar
- Oil
- Onions, chopped
- Celery, chopped
- Green peppers, in strips

1. Marinate the meat for one hour in mashed, chopped garlic and the rest of the seasonings.

2. Remove the meat from the marinade, and reserve the juices.

3. Saute the meat in oil, and leave pink. Set aside.

4. Stir fry vegetables with garlic, in oil.
- 5
5. Add the meat and marinate, toss together, and serve.
