Pecan Cups
Bite-sized pecan pies.
ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 - 3 oz stick creme cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the crust ingredients together. Let the mixture become hard in the refrigerator. (Get pan and fingers cold in order to better handle the crust. Put mini-muffin pan in freezer.)

Roll crust into balls and place in pan. Press into the proper shape with fingers or tart press. Add filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
