Pecan Cheese Log

ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- red pepper, to taste

Mix cream cheese, 3/4c of cheddar cheese, green onions, 1/4c pecans, and red pepper. Shape into log.

Mix the rest of cheddar cheese and pecans.

Roll cream cheese mixture in pecan mixture and place in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate-the longer the better.

Serve with crackers.
