Chicken Marsala
Great,easy dinner!
ingredients
- Flattened boneless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper
- flour
- 2T olive oil
- 2T butter
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 pint fresh sliced mushrooms
directions

Coat chicken with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in melted butter and olive oil. Add 1/2 of can of chicken broth, wine and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix rest of chicken broth with 2T flour. Add to chicken and simmer 10 more minutes.

Serve over pasta.
