Pumpkin Delight
ingredients
First ingredients- 2 cups ginger snap crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2 packs of cream cheese, softened
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups cool whip
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or mix of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Press First ingredients into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix second ingredients with mixer, spread evenly over crust.

Blend together third ingredients with mixer. Spread evenly over other layer. Top with a layer of cool whip. Sprinkle with ginger snap crumbs or chopped pecans or walnuts if desired.
