Sweet Potato Pie

ingredients
- 6 sweet potatoes, peeled & cut in chunks.
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- marshmallows
directions

Boil potatoes until tender.

Strain & put back in pot. Mash with fork.

Add butter, milk & brown sugar.

Warm mixture until butter melts, then beat with electric beater.

Put potatoes into a Pyrex or baking dish.

Top with marshmallows and broil till lightly browned.
notes
Topping could be made with extra butter & brown sugar in place of marshmallows.
