Seed Cookies or Plain
ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 6 eggs
- 8 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat eggs and sugar until batter is smooth, add oil.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add a little at a time to egg and sugar batter.

When thickened, knead the batter on a board. (If tacky, add more flour). Work until smooth enough to roll into a ball.

Wet and drain seeds.

Roll dough into stripes and cut to size desired.

Roll dough in seeds.

Grease pan. Bake at 375°F until golden brown.
