Taco Soup
A quick and tasty soup. Ms. Gina says that she “rarely follows it closely, so each batch is different.”
ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1-16 oz. can pinto beans
- 1-16 oz. can kidney beans
- 1-16 oz.can golden hominy
- 1-17 oz.can cream-style corn
- 1-14 oz. can diced stewed tomatoes
- 1-10 oz. can Rotell diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 envelope ranch-style dressing mix
- Tortilla chips
- 1 cup grated cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- Sour cream

Some changes you can make: soak dry beans instead of cans, double the seasonings and double the hominy (the best part!) and use whatever tomatoes you might have--anything goes! Enjoy! Bunko recipe from Gina Wilson.
