Chili-ghetti
This makes a huge batch teenage boy chow
ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 c chopped onion
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 1/2 c tomatoes (1-pound 3-oz can)
- 3 15 oz cans chili with meat
- 1 8 oz pkg spaghetti
- 3 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
directions
In large skillet, melt butter: brown garlic, onion and ground beef. Drain off excess fat, and add tomatoes and chili, simmer 45 minutes. Meanwhile cook spaghetti and drain. Remove skillet with chili mixture from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Fold in sour cream. Combine chili mixture and spaghetti mixing well. Place in butter baking dish, top with parmesan cheese and bake 45 minutes in 350 oven.
