Chicken Spaghetti

Makes 12-14 servings

ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken or 6 breasts
  • 1 lb. thin spaghetti noddles
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 lg. onion (chopped)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

directions

Cook chicken until tender. Cook spaghetti, onion and pepper in chicken broth in a large pot until tender. Mix all ingredients together. put in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300° until very hot (about 15-20 min.). You may want to add garlic or onion powder.
