- 6 TBSP unsalted butter
- 2/3 C whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large pinch white pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 C freshly grated parmesan
- 2 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped
directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer/cook until melted and mixed thoroughly.
