Marinated Cheese

A yummy appetizer!

  • Slice cheddar and cream cheese and alternate slices in a row in storage container. Making slices about ½ inch in width -- if you make them smaller , it falls apart. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over top of cheeses. Refrigerate overnight.

  • Transfer to serving dish and pour left over marinate over top. Drain off any watery sauce.

  • Serve with choice of crackers. I let it out for a little bit before serving to soften up or microwave for about 25 seconds.

TOTAL TIME: 45 min (+ overnight)
