Marinated Cheese
A yummy appetizer!
Slice cheddar and cream cheese and alternate slices in a row in storage container. Making slices about ½ inch in width -- if you make them smaller , it falls apart. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over top of cheeses. Refrigerate overnight.
Transfer to serving dish and pour left over marinate over top. Drain off any watery sauce.
Serve with choice of crackers. I let it out for a little bit before serving to soften up or microwave for about 25 seconds.
