Tuna and Chickpea Salad

ingredients
- 3 ounces tuna, packed in water
- 1 cup fresh, chopped vegetables (tomato or green pepper)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- fresh parsley to taste

Combine in a small bowl and mix well.
