Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Raisin Salad
One of your favorites that Shawn makes!
ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli, broken or cut into small pieces
- 1 head cauliflower, cut up
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/3 C raisins
- 4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar

Mix together broccoli, cauliflower, onion, raisins and bacon. Toss with mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.

Make early in the day and refrigerate at least 3 hours ahead. It will keep for 2-3 days.
