Peach Amaretto Brie Bites

  • 1 loaf of French Bread (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 package Fresh Chives Diced
  • 1 Jar Stonewall Kitchen Peach Amaretto Jam
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Olive Oil spray (Pam)
  • 1/2 lb. of French Brie (pie cut/ not round)


Lightly spray the 1/2 in French baguette slices on each side. Next, lightly sprinkle onion powder and garlic powder to both sides of the baguettes. Place them into the oven on low broil and watch them closely for 2-3 minutes as the tops turn light brown. Remove from oven and take a pair of tongs to turn the pieces over. Place back into the oven and closely watch the tops lightly brown. Pull from oven and let cool 1-3 minutes. Next, cut Brie chunks to fit each piece of bread. Place back into the oven on low broil and watch the Brie ooze out melting over the tops of the baguette pieces! Remove. Cool 1-2 minutes and then top off these scrumptious bites with Stonewall Kitchen Peach Amaretto jam. Sprinkle diced chives over the jam!
