Apple Bundles

ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 1 can (8oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 medium orange
- 2 tbl. Butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
directions
Slice apples, then cut slices in half. Unroll dough. Separate into 8 triangles. Cut each half to make 16 triangle strips. Place 3 or 4 slices at wide end of each strip and roll up. Arrange bundles in deep-dish bking pan. Zest 1 teaspoon orange rind. Juice orange. Pour into baking pan but not over bundles. Drizzle bundles with butter. Mix zest, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over bundles. Bake for about 30minutes at 375® or until golden brown. Serve warm, either plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
