Aisan Napa Cabbage Salad
ingredients
- 1 head of Napa Cabbage
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 6oz slivered almonds, oven toasted
- 2Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1-2pkg Ramen Noodles
- 1/4c butter
- 1/2c canola oil
- 1/2c sugar
- 1/4c red wine vinegar
- 1Tbsp soy sauce

Slice or shred the cabbage and green onions. Combine and if time allows let them sit together for 6-8hrs. Smash the Ramen noodles in a ziplock bag. Combine crushed Ramen noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in a large skillet. Saute with butter until toasted. Remove from heat and let cool. If not serving salad immediately store Ramen noodle mixture in an airtight container and add to salad right before serving.

Dressing:

Combine the canola oil, sugar, red wine vinegar & soy sauce. Wait to put the dressing on until just before serving. GO LIGHT on the dressing to insure a better flavor. The dressing will separate so mix/shake well just before adding.
