Grandma Boyster's Ham & Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 8-10 potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
- ham slices
- shredded Monterey jack cheese (the more the better)
- 1 can each cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, & cream of celery soup mixed together
- salt/pepper to taste

Grease 13x9 pan, layer half the potato slices, ham slices, half the soup mix then rest of potato slices, ham slices, rest of the soup mix. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 until potatoes are tender - approx. 1 hour.
