Red, White, and Green Salad

*note from Jo- I use a 13x9x2 pan and 1 pkg jello (strawberry and lime layers each). If you want a larger salad use a larger dish and use 2 strawberry and lime, but still only one lemon.

ingredients

1 pkg lime jello
1 pkg lemon jello
1 pkg strawberry jello
3 oz cream cheese
1 pkg miniature marshmallows
1/2 pint whipping cream

directions

Mix layer of strawberry jello on bottom of dish. Let cool.

Lay out 3 oz package of cream cheese. Put marshmallows in double boiler. Let melt- add cream cheese and stir until creamy.

Mix lemon jello with 3/4 cup boiling water. Add to first mixture and stir until dissolved. Cool. Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and fold into mixture and pour in dish on top of first layer.

Mix layer on lime jello. Cool and pour on second layer.
