Pumpkin Mouse Pie
ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cold fat-free milk
- 1 package vanilla fat-free, sugar-free instant pudding mix
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tub Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust

In a large bowl beat milk, pudding mix and spice with a whisk for 2 minutes. Whisk in pumpkin. Fold half of whipped topping. Spread in crust.

Top with remaining Cool Whip.
