Pam's Famous Chili
Chuck’s favorite chili recipe. Perfect for Fall football afternoons.
ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 4-5 T. chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chili spices
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can spicy chili beans (do NOT drain)
- 1 can black beans (drained)

Brown beef then add onion, continue browning, then drain fat. Add all ingredients, EXCEPT BEANS. Heat to boiling, cover. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add beans, heat to boiling, then lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and corn chips or crackers.
