Beef With Cajun Rice

ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice

1. Sauté beef and onion in oil until meat is browned, about 5 minutes.

2. Add remaining ingredients except rice; bring to a boil.

3. Stir in rice.

4. Cover, remove from heat – Let stand 5 minutes.
