Bowtie Pasta wiith Boursin
ingredients
- Kosher Salt
- 8oz. bowtie pasta
- 14 medium asparagus spears, cut into pieces
- 1T. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4c. parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3c. garlic & fine herb boursin cheese
- 3/4t. dried dill weed
- 3/4t. lemon pepper seasoning

Cook pasta until barely tender, season with kosher salt.

Add the asparagus to the pasta and cook until tender-crisp (about 2 minutes). Drain the pasta, reserving 3/4c. of the cooking water.

Heat the olive oil and garlic until light brown (1-2 minutes). Return the pasta & asparagus to the pan, add remaining cooking water. Add cheeses, dill, & lemon pepper seasoning. Stir together to combine all ingredients.
notes
Can substitute any vegetables for asparagus.
