Sausage and egg breakfast casserole

Just like the title says...this one is always a big hit!

ingredients

  • 7 eggs (or egg beaters)
  • 2 cups half and half (or milk)
  • 1 lb browned bulk breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup french fried onions, divided (Durkee or French’s for example)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, any variety

    This is a tasty breakfast casserole. You can mix the ingredients the night before and let it set in the refrigerator. In the morning, top it with the remaining onions and cheese, and bake it. Wonderful
