Artichoke DipWendy Smith

- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 tall can artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
- Garlic powder to paste
Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
You may want to double this for a large crowd or if serving alone. Serve with melba rounds or bagel chips.
