Baked Fish with Artichokes
Easy Delicious Baked Fish
ingredients
- White Fish (striped bass, sole, tilapia)
- 1 tin of water packed artichokes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- juice from 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
directions
Preheat oven to 425°Place the fish in a pan not much bigger than you need to hold the fishAdd artichokesMix next 4 ingredients and pour over fish and artichokes Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutesCheck and baste then cook for another 20 minutes

Great dish to cook while you are getting the rest of the dinner together or it can all be made ahead and just popped into the oven if you are having guests.
