Sweet Potatoes With Crunchy Topping
A staple at Thanksgiving and Christmas
ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Cooked and Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 3/4 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- Topping
- 3/4 Cups Cornflakes
- 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cupped Chopped Pecans
- 1/2 Stick of Butter

Mix the sweet potatoes, sugar eggs, nutmeg, vanilla, butter, milk, salt and cinnamon together.

Bake 30 minutes in a 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees.

For topping, melt butter and mix corn flakes, brown sugar, and pecans.

Spread topping on baked potatoes.

Bake 10 minutes.
