Chocolate Chip Brownies

Guy would love these...cookies and brownies combined! Yum!
ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional if you’re making them for Guy of course!)

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream butter and add brown sugar, beat well. Add egg and vanilla and combine.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans, if using.

Spread in 8 in square pan and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
