Banana Split Cake
ingredients
- 8-12 whole graham crackers, crushed
- 2 T. and 2 tsp. Diet margarine
- 1 c. skim ricotta
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 small box fat free and sugar free vanilla pudding
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 c. lite cool whip
- 2 bananas
- Maraschino cherries, optional
directions
Layered dessert: Mix crushed graham crackers and margarine. Press into the bottom of an 8x8 baking pan and bake at 375° for 8 min. Mix ricotta, milk, and pudding and pour on crust. Slice bananas on top. Spoon on crushed pineapple and top with the cool whip. Add cherries on top, if desired
