Cranberry Relish
again scale down if you want a smaller portion
ingredients
- Cranberries 3 lb.
- Orange zest, grated 1 ea.
- Oranges, juiced 4 ea.
- Granny Smiths; peeled, small dice 4 ea.
- Sugar 3 Cups
- Cinnamon sticks 2 ea.
- Apple cider 1 Cup
directions
Combine all ingredients and simmer in a heavy pan until the berries pop—about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick.
