Spinach Casserole
ingredients
- 3 boxes chopped frozen spinach
- 1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 large cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut into halves
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- Italian bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook spinach for about 1 minute and drain well. Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the artichokes. Mix together the spinach, cream cheese, butter, and chestnuts. Place on top of artichoke hearts.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly.
notes
If you really love Liz, you would leave out the water chestnuts.
