Parmesan Potatoes
These potatoes are crunchy and flavorful and couldn’t be easier to make.
ingredients
- 6 redskin potatoes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flake
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tbs olive oil
- sea salt to taste

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

Wash potatoes thoroughly and remove any dark spots.

Cut potatoes into large bite size pieces.

Put into a large freezer ziplock bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag and shake vigorously until evenly coated.

Pour potatoes on to cookie sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 15 min, then stir. Bake for another 10 min. or until golden brown.
