Great, easy summer salad. This recipe can be easily doubled if a larger batch is needed.

ingredients

  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

directions

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
