Charlotte's Stroganoff
ingredients
- 2 lb rump roast (baked medium rare and cut up , cold, into bite sized pieces.
- 1/2 lb sauted fresh mushrooms
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg dried stroganoff mix
- 1 small container sour cream
directions

Simmer beef, mushrooms,onions and water about 1/2 hour.

Add dried mix and simmer 10 minutes.

Add sour cream and barely simmer 5 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles and top with more sour cream if desired.
