Corn Fritters
ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 12 ounce can whole kernel corn
directions

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in cheese. Add milk, egg & butter. Mix well, then fold in corn.

Drop by tablespoons into hot oil. (375 degrees). Fry 3-4 minutes. Drain, serve warm.
