Milkshakes for Breakfast
This is a surprisingly healthy breakfast on the go. When banana’s start to get soft, toss them in the freezer & use them in this yummy recipe! It’s also a great way to get kids excited about eating early in the morning. It keeps me full for hours and packs lots of calcium and vitamins.
ingredients
- 1 package carnation instant breakfast (You pick the flavor, I love dark chocolate)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 frozen banana
