Cheddar - Broccoli Salad
ingredients
- 6 cup broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sugar/Splenda
- 3 Tbl. red wine vinegar
- 12 strips bacon
directions
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheese and onion. Combine mayo, Splenda and vinegar. Pour over broccoli and toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours. Add cooked crisp bacon pieces prior to serving.
