Sausage and Egg Casserole
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs bulk sausage
- 6 slices white bread, crust removed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
directions

Butter bread and put in 13x9 casserole dish. Drain cooked sausage and layer over bread. Top with cheese.

Beat other ingredients and pour over top. Chill overnight. Can freeze.

Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
