Fajita Marinade
ingredients
Marinade- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 3 cloves garlic, m inced
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 can beer
- 2 lbs skirt steak or flank steak
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 green and 1 red bell pepper, sliced
directions
Mix all marinade ingredients together and then add fajita ingredients to it. Marinate for 1 to 4 hours. Prepare grill. Grill steak over coals and veggies in a grill basket. Serve with warm flour tortillas with you choice of accompaniments (lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, etc.)
